中文摘要:本文介绍了华北油田公司第四采油厂针对拉油罐车卸油时卸油口油气挥发严重、存在事故隐患的问题,研究设计制造了一套新型密闭卸油装置,该卸油装置在工艺上与卸油罐车、卸油储罐三者形成一个整体,油相、气相管线相连接,卸油储罐进油时呼出的油气通过气平衡线接入卸油罐车,实现卸油过程的全密闭。该装置采用变频器闭环控制模式,可根据卸油量大小(罐体液位高低)实现卸油泵排量自动控制调节及启停,整个卸油过程自动完成无需人工操作。与传统的非密闭卸油装置相比,新型密闭卸油装置具有制造工艺简单,现场方便拆卸、投资低、建设周期短等优点,现场应用可大大提高卸油站场密闭程度及工艺自动化程度,满足安全运行要求,适合在各大油田推广和借鉴使用。
英文摘要:This paper introduces the research, design and manufacture of a new set of airtight oil unloading device in the light of the hidden perils and near misses of the acute oil vapor volatilization from the oil unloading discharge of oil tankers. The new oil unloading device has been integrated with both the oil tank trucks and oil tanks with safe connections of oil-phase and gas-phase conduits. The ventilated oil vapor during the process of oil tank inlet is feeding into the tanker by the gas balanced line to safeguard the airtightness of the whole oil unloading process. The device is established with the frequency conversion close-loop control mode to achieve the automatic start-up, displacement adjustment or shut-down of the oil pump with no need of manual operation during the whole oil unloading process. Compared to the traditional non-airtight unloading devices, the new one has obtained a number of benefits such as simple manufacture, quick dismounting on site, low investment and short cycle of establishment which could greatly improve the level of airtightness and automation of oil unloading stations in field applications to meet the demands of safe running. It has a great prospect for promotions and applications in oil fields.
