塔河油田原油管网能效分析及优化

中文摘要:针对塔河油田滚动开发过程中出现的部分站场运行负荷不均、集输设备工艺运行参数偏离设计工况等导致的生产能耗高、效率低等问题,开展了塔河油田原油管网能效分析研究。基于现场数据,利用PIPEPHASE仿真计算软件建立原油管网仿真计算模型,详细分析管网系统中管线、计转站等环节的运行参数规律及能耗。通过对仿真结果进行分析,发现塔河油田原油集输管网的热能损耗占管网总能耗的96.5%,因此降低管网能耗应以降低热能损耗为主。原油管网中部分管线存在压降、温降较大或管线效率较低等问题,针对这些管线采取串接管线或增加副管等措施进行优化,优化后管线效率最高可提高约7.5%。针对部分计转站出站温度进行调整分析,优化后计转站运行费用降低幅度最大可达30.44%,说明本文的优化方案具有非常明显的节能降耗效果,可在现场推广实施。
英文摘要:During the rolling developing process of Tahe oil field, problems such as some stations running uneven load and the equipment operating parameters in the existing gathering and transportation system deviating from the design parameters result the system running in high energy consumption and low efficiency. In order to solve these problems, the simulating model was built based on the field data by utilizing the simulation software PIPEPHASE, the operation parameter rules and the energy efficiencies of the crude oil pipeline system and the transfer stations were investigated in detail. Through the analysis of the simulation results, it is found that the heat loss is calculated at 96.5% of the total energy loss, so energy loss reduction of the pipeline should aims to reduce the heat loss. It is also found that the pressure drop or temperature drop or pipeline efficiency of some pipelines is notable. Connecting some partial pipelines or adding looped pipeline can improve pipeline efficiency mostly by 7.5%. Through reducing the out-station temperatures for some stations, the reduce range of the operating cost for some transfer stations is up to 30.44%, which means the optimization plan provided in this paper can obtain obvious effect of saving energy and reducing resource consumption and can be implemented in oilfield.
