中文摘要:某气田是中国第一个1500m水深的气田,海床温度低至2.7℃,水下井口压力高达300bar左右,在这样低温高压的条件下,特别容易形成天然气水合物[1]。乙二醇(MEG) 作为水合物抑制剂注入水下井口,为深水海管提供流动性保障。海上平台设有一套乙二醇回收系统(简称MRU),对含盐含水的富乙二醇进行再生处理,然后将合格的贫乙二醇进行回注。该系统中控制乙二醇清洁度的关键设备颗粒过滤器,更是首次应用于深水油气田。本文通过对颗粒过滤器在调试和运行中遇到的问题进行逐一分析,找出了影响其运行的关键因素是滤布和助滤剂,并结合实际调试经验,对滤布的孔径大小和材质,助滤剂的选型和用量等方面进行了优化,坚持换用了国产滤布和助滤剂,使得颗粒过滤器运行效果得到明显改善,过滤器的每月再生周期数大幅降低,由最高的30次降为最低的3次,每个再生周期的平均处理量从193方提高到2408方,而且,在坚持自主调试、坚持选用国产产品等方面,树立了旗帜,为今后我国类似的深水油气田乙二醇模块的运营,提供了有益的借鉴经验。
英文摘要:One gas field is the first 1500m water depth gas field at South China Sea, the seabed temperature is as low as 2.7 ℃, and subsea wellhead pressure is up to 300bar, in such a low temperature and high pressure condition, it is especially easy to form Gas Hydrate. Mono-Ethylene Glycol (MEG) as the Hydrate Inhibitor is injected to subsea wellhead to provide flow assurance of subsea tie-back. For recycling of the high cost of MEG, MEG Regeneration Module (MRU) is designed on Central Platform to regenerate Rich MEG. Particulate Filter is playing a critical role to maintain the MEG cleanliness for this system, and it is the first application in the deep-water gas field. Based on one by one analysis for the debugging problems of Particulate Filter, finding out the key factors affecting the operation is the filter cloth and filter aid, combined with the actual debugging experience, the pore size & material of filter cloth and the type selection of filter aid & dosage are optimized, adhere to replace import filter cloth and filter aid with domestic. The performance of Particulate Filter is improved obviously, the monthly regeneration cycle is reduced from the highest of 30 times to a minimum of 3 times, the average filtration capacity of each regeneration cycle is increased from 193 to 2408 m3. And in the aspect of insisting on independent debugging and choosing domestic products, the example is set up to provide useful reference experience for the operation of MRU in similar deep-water oil and gas fields in China in the future.
